Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE (not delivery)

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are not satisfied with Alonzo's Sensational Shave Oil. Simple send an email to support@alonzosoil.com with your order number and we will issues a prompt refund, no questions asked.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, chill.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you have emailed us and we responded, it's happening.  We don't control banks or credit card companies.  If we did we wouldn't need to sell shaving products.  We would be wearing Fila sweatsuits and driving golden Ferraris.

Sale items (if applicable)
We will refund you what you paid, If it was on sale, we will give you the amount you paid back.  I shouldn't have to explain this.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If your order was damaged in shipping, simply send an email to support@alonzosoil.com and we will refund or replace per your choice.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.  We are not responsible for any drama that may come from this.  

Shipping
To return your product, Don't, this is a shaving oil.  That's gross.
